This impressive three storey building is located on San Martin Street, just in front of the main square. It was built by Luis Martín and Ricardo Lambertini. At the beginning, it used to be a social club known as “The Circle”. Later, it mixed with another club with the same characteristics and it became “Jockey Club of Tucumán”. Nowadays, there are presidential offices, exhibitions rooms, a ballroom and in the ground floor a well-known restaurant.
