Recipe for mazamorra with milk (12 servings)
Ingredients
150 gr. cracked white corn
1 lt. milk
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
150 gr. of sugar
Preparation
Let the corn soak for approximately 12 hours.
After that time, cook the corn in the same water until it is tender.
On the other hand, boil the milk with the water and vanilla essence.
Add the cooked and drained corn and continue cooking for a few more minutes until the desired consistency is obtained.
Serve cold.
*Optional: serve with fruits in syrup or cane honey.
