Our Lady of Carmen Parish

One of the city's landmarks is the Parish of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, whose frescoes were inspired by the Vatican's Sistine Chapel. Every July 16th, the Feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel is celebrated, also marking the city's birthday.
