Sugar Industry Museum

Located in 9 de Julio Park, this museum is housed in an 1800s mansion where Bishop José Eusebio Colombres lived after deciding to resume sugarcane cultivation in the province.
It showcases various machinery used throughout history for sugar production. Bishop Colombres's belongings are also on display. The museum entrance is decorated with a wooden mill used to process sugarcane in the old sugar mills.

Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
