Miguel Lillo Museum of Natural Sciences
Miguel Lillo Museum of Natural Sciences

Near the city center, there is a jungle where you can immerse yourself in the region's flora and fauna: the Miguel Lillo Museum of Natural Sciences.
Inside its halls, you can see collections of insects, butterflies, beetles, and various species of arachnids. You can also observe large mammals and animals from Africa and Asia. The Paleontology section displays skeletons of large mammals such as the saber-toothed tiger and the glyptodont.
The museum is complemented by the institution's botanical garden, an open-air exhibition of the region's flora.
