La Cocha
La Cocha

In southern Tucumán is La Cocha, which combines lush nature with a rich history to explore.
Among its sites of interest is the San Ignacio Jesuit Church, declared a National Historical Heritage, and where the feast of San Ignacio de Loyola is celebrated every July 31.
Outdoor sports enthusiasts also have many treasures to discover in La Cocha, such as the old Rumi Punco tunnels that offer appealing treks with stunning waterfalls. As if that wasn't enough, another unmissable destination is Los Pizarro Waterfall, which, at 80 meters, is the tallest in the region and perfect for cooling off in a crystal-clear lagoon.
