Just 25 kilometers from the capital along Provincial Route No. 338, the San Javier mountains offer you an incredible panoramic view of the city from above. The destination awaits you with its Cristo Bendicente Tourist Complex, which offers several services: shops, gastronomy, parking, viewpoints and picnic áreas. There is an amphitheater to enjoy open-air shows. Direct access to the Tourist Information and Active Tourism offices, where you can purchase tickets for different adventure activities, such as hiking, mountain biking, zip lining and paragliding.
A must-see place in San Javier is the monumental figure of the Blessed Christ, created by the Tucumán sculptor Juan Carlos Iramain, which stands out in the hills 28 meters high. Currently, this work is the protagonist of the mapping show “Shining Christ”, which is projected at night (check the days and times according to the time of year).

San Javier has one of the best paragliding slopes in South America and its views are amazing.
