Sugar Industry Museum
Sugar Industry Museum
It is known as the House of Bishop Colombres, this museum exhibits the sugar history of our province.

Located within the extensive 9 de Julio Park, this museum was built inside a mansion from 1800 that was the home of Bishop Eusebio Colombres. He was a historical figure who decided to resume sugar cane cultivation in the province after the Jesuits did it for the first time. The Bishop's belongings are displayed and the entrance is decorated with an old wooden sugar cane mill.
