The old ranch was built in Tafi del Valle by the Jesuits in 1718. The religious were expelled in 1767 for its later acquisition by Don Julián Ruiz Huidobro. Today, the museum offers a fully immersive experience that sharpens the senses.

Upon entering, visitors can visit different spaces such as the chapel next to the sacristy, the main bedroom of a 19th century house, the living room where the family spent their free time, the dining room and the cheese factory.

In each of the rooms, faithfully decorated with period furniture to take you back in time, you can learn about the valley's Jesuit past, the lifestyle of the people who inhabited the ranch and its strong link with cheese production. . This is complemented by an attractive montage of lights and shadows, voice-overs, music, animations and a wide range of sound and olfactory effects that immerse you deeply in the story.

From Tuesday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. General admission: $3,000. Retirees and students: $1,500. Residents, free of charge.
