Tucumán launched its summer season with a varied offer of tourist destinations
The summer season has been launched. Around twenty destinations for this holiday season have been announced.

In just 22,524 square kilometers, Tucumán is transformed into an immense territory, where adrenaline, plenitude, and the most intense emotions intertwine with unique landscapes. This summer, the smallest province in the country invites you to connect with your desires, discover surprising destinations, and live intensely. With this promise, the 2025 season was officially presented at the Tucumán Tourism Board (ETT) offices.
The event was a vibrant display of culture and tradition: empanadas from Famaillá, wines from Amaicha del Valle, hojuelas from Monteros (a kind of a fried pastry), and the Aguilares Carnival were just some of the jewels that represented twenty tourist destinations, from the most iconic to the most emerging.
CPA Domingo Amaya, President of the Tucumán Tourism Board, and Vice President Inés Frías Silva participated in the presentation. Hector Viñuales, President of the Tucumán Tourism Chamber, and Legislator Francisco “Pancho” Serra, President of the Tourism Commission of the Honorable Legislature of Tucumán, were also present.
In addition, mayors and representatives of cities and communes from all over the province attended the event, along with representatives of the private sector of the industry, reaffirming their commitment to make this summer an unforgettable season.
All the destination stands were located around the patio of the “House” of the Entity. Aguilares, Alderetes, Alpachiri, Amaicha, Bella Vista, Choromoro, Colalao del Valle, Concepcion, El Cadillal, El Mollar, Famaillá, Las Talitas, Lules, Monteros, Rumi Punco, San Javier, San Miguel de Tucumán, San Pablo, San Pedro de Colalao, Santa Ana, Simoca, Tafi del Valle, Tafi Viejo, Trancas and Yerba Buena were present. All of them, with enthusiasm, prepared their stands to show their places; they offered tastings and some other “taste” of their cultures and traditions, those that tourists will be able to experience first-hand with the season that begins.
“This is a state policy. We are all committed because tourism is a transversal activity, which crosses all the other activities of the economy. When we saw the commitment of all the communes, we decided to present this offer today for the new summer season. We listed the number of events we have and there are more than 300. It is a joy to have all this offer so that the people of Tucumán and the neighbors who visit us can live new adventures and experiences,” CPA Domingo Amaya summarized after the presentation's video.
“This summer 2025: dare to live, feel, and discover. To find yourself, to connect with your desires,” is the invitation made by the spot, which reflects the duality of a Tucumán “so small and so immense at the same time.” “I am proud to be from Tucumán and to see the great offer we have through each commune and municipality, which shows us unimaginable places, such as the many spaces the province has and we do not know. How can we not be excited? How can't we feel proud to be from Tucumán? The invitation is clear. Tucumán is passion, it is joy, it is adventure. And we have to live it,” said Frías Silva enthusiastically.
“We always work throughout the year to reduce the seasonality in tourism, but on this occasion, Tucumán added a twist. We worked in the territory, week by week, visiting each commune, each city, to find the best of its culture and customs, to add them to the national tourist offer. It is incredible to see today all the offerings for these two and a half months that we have ahead. There are many shows, products… so that the visitor finds the best possible product in Tucumán,” reflected Héctor Viñuales, President of the Tucumán Tourism Chamber. (Camtuc).
