Provincial Folk Museum

Located in the historic center of the capital, this museum displays popular and folkloric crafts from Tucumán and the surrounding region. You can see wooden and leather items made by the Chané indigenous people, Creole silverware in religious artifacts, mates, and jugs, along with textiles such as lace, tapestries, rugs, blankets, and ponchos. The collection of musical instruments includes drums, legüero drums, quenas, sikus, erkes, charangos, guitars, and harps, all crafted using pre-Hispanic and Hispanic techniques.
