The sense of calm fills every corner of El Mollar. This tourist town is surrounded by stunning scenery, with hills and the La Angostura Dam standing as witnesses. This body of water is perfect for activities like kayaking, kitesurfing, and fishing for silversides and trout.

Land filled with archaeological remains of the Calchaquí culture, giving it a special charm. In El Mollar, you can visit the Los Menhires Archaeological Reserve, an open-air museum where these stone monoliths, engraved with human and animal faces, have stood for thousands of years.

Another highlight of El Mollar is its Artisan Route, a self-guided circuit through workshops where you can learn about the history of these artists and purchase unique pieces to decorate your home or give as gifts. Additionally, if you're interested in exploring Religious Tourism further, don't miss the chapel of the Virgin of Covadonga.
